What is your return and exchange policy?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging are in good condition before sending them over.

*Acceptance of return will be extended up to 30 days after we resume our normal online operations.

I received my order, but there's a problem! What do I do?

If your order is damaged or defective, please send us an email at hello@matthews.com.ph. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well. We will make sure to replace it for you at no extra cost.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Kindly send us an email at hello@matthews.com.ph and provide the following information:

Our CSR will reach out to you within 24-48 hours (weekdays only) regarding the return options. Please include your invoice before packing your items in order to avoid delays in processing your return.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

*Return and exchange processing will resume after the Enhanced Community Quarantine is lifted.

We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been picked up.

Can I return my order again for the second time?

Yes, but you will shoulder the return/replacement shipping fee. We only offer free returns for first return transaction.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
