While the product itself is fantastic, I was disappointed with the packaging. The packaging left much to be desired. Despite the bag's dimensions being H 11" x L 14" x W 5.5", they crammed it into a box just large enough, resulting in visible dents on the bag and a slightly distorted sling. A larger, more protective box would have prevented these issues. I suggest improving the packaging to ensure that the product reaches customers in perfect condition.
